Weaknesses
This represents the weak points or internal aspects of a business, project or person that could pose obstacles to achieving goals. Weaknesses are elements to improve to reduce risks or vulnerability compared to the competition.


Opportunities
This refers to positive external elements, trends or favorable circumstances that the company or project can exploit to achieve its objectives. Opportunities represent possibilities for growth, development, or improvement of market position.


Threats
Threats represent external factors that could harm the business or project, such as competition, regulatory changes, adverse economic developments, or new market trends. Identifying threats helps anticipate risks and prepare strategies to deal with them.
